I love teaching yoga to individuals and small groups, exploring the many facets of yoga: physical postures, breath work, philosophy and contemplative practices. Where: TBD. Your home, mine, or remote. I have successfully taught friends in public spaces (parks, campgrounds, gyms), too.
When: TBD. At a time that is convenient for both you and me.
Required Supplies/Skills: A desire to learn — that’s it! I will come prepared with a mat and props (blocks, blanket, strap) for you, and any other materials you may need. You are also more than welcome to use your own mat and props, too.
